Bloom & Fly was born from the journey of Pauline and Jean-Emmanuel, partners in life as well as in this project.
Since childhood, Pauline has been particularly sensitive to stress, a presence that grew stronger over the years. Then a health issue changed everything. This experience brought her back to what truly matters: listening to her body, slowing down, and seeking what truly helps her feel better. She explored many different practices, each one helping her better understand her own needs.
Jean-Emmanuel, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. He rarely feels stressed, but faces different challenges: light sleep and difficulty concentrating.
Two personalities, two different ways of experiencing everyday life. Yet the same need: simple practices that are easy to fit into everyday life, bringing more calm and balance.
It is from this complementarity that Bloom & Fly was created: an app designed to support everyone according to their needs, whether they are seeking calm, energy, or greater inner harmony. A soothing and caring space where everyone can explore, at their own pace, what truly makes them feel good, even in just a few minutes.
