We only collect data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not collect any \u201csensitive\u201d data.<br><br>By using the Site or the Application, completing our contact form, or signing up for the waiting list, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.<br><br><strong>1. When do we collect your personal data and what data is collected?<\/strong><br><br>We may collect and store your personal data in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0\">when you browse the Site;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when you sign up for the Bloom &amp; Fly waiting list;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when you contact us via the form or by email for support or to ask a question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when you create a user account in the Application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when you use the Application;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The data we may collect includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your email address (waiting list, contact);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your first name (provided when creating your account or if you include it in our contact or support form);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your last name, if you provide it in our contact or support form;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the content of your message or request;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technical data related to your use of the Site or the Application (such as IP address, date\/time, device type, operating system, or browser), solely for security purposes, proper functioning, and service improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No medical health data or sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR is collected.<br>The Application provides wellness and personal development content for non-medical purposes.<br><br>We use your data exclusively to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>manage your registration to the waiting list;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>create and manage your user account in the Application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enable you to access the Application\u2019s features;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respond to your requests, questions, or support messages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>send you service-related information if you have consented to it;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure the security and improvement of the Site and the Application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time.<br><br><strong>Authentication via third-party services<\/strong><br><br>The Application allows the User to create an account or sign in using third-party authentication services, including Apple, Google, and Facebook.<br><br>When the User chooses to use a third-party authentication service, certain data may be transmitted to Bloomy Apps by the relevant provider, in accordance with the privacy settings selected by the User with that service.<br><br>Such data may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an email address (which may be the User\u2019s personal email address or a relay address, particularly in the case of authentication via Apple);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a technical identifier enabling authentication and management of the user account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information related to the login status (for example, confirmation of authentication via the third-party service).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bloomy Apps does not have access to third-party account passwords.<br>The data transmitted is used solely to enable authentication and the creation and management of the user account within the Application.<br>These authentication services are provided by third-party companies acting as independent data controllers for their own services. We invite you to consult their respective privacy policies for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. How do we protect your personal data?<\/strong><br><br>We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data and to prevent any unauthorised access.<br><br><strong>3. When do we share your personal data?<\/strong><br><br><strong>3.1 Sharing with technical service providers<\/strong><br><br>Service providers act as data processors to ensure the hosting of the Site, the technical operation of the Application, email management, the sending of communications, security, and technical analysis. These providers only access the data strictly necessary for their tasks and process it in accordance with the GDPR.<br>No data is sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.<br>No transfer outside the European Union is planned at this time.<br><br><strong>3.2 Sharing with authorities<\/strong><br><br>We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our rights.<br><br><strong>4.
